Chief Magistrate Judge Frank Cox is up for re-election on November 4,
2008. As concerned citizens of Cobb County we cannot allow a man
back in office who does not enforce justice. Cox allowed a man
charged with the burglary of a private residence to sign himself out of jail
without posting any money. Furthermore, Judge Cox and some judges
working below him often released criminals charged with serious
felonies such as child molestation with no court supervision.
Frank Cox acts as though he has the power to do whatever he wants. He
illegally terminated Wanda Spann, a Cobb County government employee,
after 23 years of excellent service. Cox also states in a court deposition
that he fired a woman after she ended their "social relationship."
Protect the citizens of Cobb County! Do NOT vote for Frank Cox as
Chief Magistrate Judge.
